The accumulated profit allows to acquire an area of about the same size.<\/li><li>After 15 to 17 years, the forest is cleared. The profits obtained allow to acquire again an area of the same size.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cafb9a0 elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"cafb9a0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>In about 15 to 17 years, 90 hectares of land thus become about 270 hectares of land.
